Weekend always full of leisure atmosphere, especially in Friday afternoon. It’s time to relax and have fun, so many white-collar workers came off work early and linger around the pub and bar in DC. Especially around the area of downtown Dupont-cycle. Some of my Asian classmates invited me to have lunch at Tai-style restaurant and to meet with their foreign friends. After lunch, they decided to switch the place and have some beers, and they took me to a miracle place(I think it would definitely for sure). I called it as “Festival of World Beers”.
It’s a bar provide all kinds of beers from international countries, the most important of all, the price are reasonable and affordable for me(each one from 4.5 to 7 USD). After the ID check from a female clerk, we walked down the room and ordered different kinds of beers and chatted each other.
To be honest, this is my first time to drink beers in daytime; however, the pleasant atmosphere made me relax and forgot the passing time. I pay attention to the tune which was played in the store, and concentrate to enjoy every sip what we order. Finally, I compared each one from its color, fragrant, smell, taste, bubble, alcohol percentage and personal feeling. I recommended that day’s top 1 choice …the winner is---- “Foster’s Beer”

Here are the tips to taste Beers!!
1)顏色（Color）--高舉酒杯以透光方式觀察。注意其顏色是清透或混濁，分辨顏色是淺色/深色/琥珀色還是棕色，是暗沈或是鮮明。
2)香氣（Fragrant）--喝之前先聞其香氣，是甜味/焦烤味/煙燻味/巧克力味/堅果味/麥香/柑橘香/辣香/啤酒花香/酵母香…，在Ale（發酵溫度較高，約15-24度，所以發酵時間較短）啤酒裡常有多種花香及果香，Larger（來自德文lagern，意思是貯藏，通常是1-2度低溫發酵）則有清新的氣息。
3)品嚐（taste）--個人主觀感覺，重點在於觀察其釀造各種味道是否平衡且恰到好處。
4)口感（Feeling） --建議讓啤酒留在嘴裡，感覺其為清爽/黏稠/單薄？是否氣泡過頭，還是帶來愉悅？
To be honest, I still love the beer from our TW,
my favorite is TW fruit beer “果微醺--荔枝口味”！！！！！
